The Alce Nero organic italian polyfloral honey is 100% italian.

This honey is amber-coloured, naturally crystallised, and its smell and flavour change depending on the harvested flowers. After mechanical centrifugation extraction, the honey is cold decanted, filtered and then packaged. It is always processed at below 50°C.
