The cocoa used for the dark chocolate bar with açaí berries is Fairtrade certified.

The energy of açaí berries, a spontaneous fruit of the Amazon River is added to 62% dark chocolate to create a bar with an intense and slightly acidulous flavour.

Cocoa used for the milk chocolate with hazelnuts is Fairtrade certified and comes from Latin America, where it is cultivated by groups of farmers, including members of the Norandino cooperative in Peru,who strive each day to grow and transform their agricultural products while respecting production quality and purity and democratically promoting social and environmental sustainability in their communities

After toasting, the beans are skilfully prepared by Chocolat Stella, an ancient Swiss maison du chocolat and also a member of Alce Nero.

The Alce Nero dark chocolate bar with organic açaí berries is made using organic cane sugar and does not contain soy lecithin.
