The energy of açai, a wild fruit from the Amazon, is combined with 62% dark chocolate to create a bar with an intense, slightly sour flavour.

The cocoa used for the dark chocolate bar with açai is Fairtrade certified and is produced by the members of Cooperativa Norandino in Peru, who are committed every day to cultivating and processing agricultural products in accordance with the principles of quality and purity of production, democratically promoting social and environmental sustainability in their communities. After roasting, the beans are skilfully processed by our partner, the ancient Swiss chocolatier Chocolat Stella.

The 62% Alce Nero dark chocolate bar with organic açai is made using organic cane sugar and does not contain soy lecithin.
