The Alce Nero white chocolate with organic cocoa nibs is the result of a delicate mixture of cocoa butter, sugar, vanilla and whole milk, to which roasted bean grains are added for a sweet and creamy taste. After roasting, the nibs are masterfully processed by the ancient Swiss chocolatier maison Chocolat Stella, a partner of Alce Nero.
The cocoa used for this bar is Fairtrade certified and produced by the members of Cooperativa Norandino in Peru, who are committed every day to cultivating and processing agricultural products in accordance with the principles of quality and purity of production, democratically promoting social and environmental sustainability in their communities. The Alce Nero white chocolate with organic cocoa nibs is made using organic cane sugar and does not contain soy lecithin.
