Alce Nero emmer biscuits are made using organic Italian emmer which distinguishes itself due to its sweet flavour and long stem. These biscuits do not contain palm oil and are sweetened with apple juice and rice syrup. They are made with the addition of vitamin B1, without the use of flavourings. They are produced in a factory which is certified pursuant to infant food production regulations.
