Alce Nero organic fennel seed tarallini are made from organic italian soft wheat and extra virgin olive oil.

Alce Nero organic fennel seed tarallini are made from organic soft wheat cultivated in Italy and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil made from olives cultivated by our Italian olive farmers.

Our tarallino is made using a traditional recipe and a special production process during which they are cooked twice: first they are boiled in water and then they are oven baked. This is what makes them so crisp and fragrant, even without the use of yeast.
