Alce Nero organic cherry tomato puree is made from tomatoes grown in Italy
Tomatoes are harvested in July, August and September and are processed to preserve their flavours, fragrance and nutritional properties. Tomatoes are selected, washed and steam skinned before being mashed, pureed and concentrated. Alce Nero organic cherry tomato pulp does not contain any additives or added salt.
