Alce Nero P.G.I Balsamic vinegar of Modena is made from the must of Italian grapes and the addition of wine vinegar to organic concentrated grape must and boiled organic grape must. Musts are obtained from grapes exclusively sourced from selected vineyards. The Consortium Profile system identifies Alce Nero IGP Modena Balsamic Vinegar with three marks, to indicate that it is a medium density product with a sweet and sour flavour. It is ideal for the preparation of marinades, risottos and pasta.
