The Alce Nero organic extra dark chocolate bar with cocoa beans 33% cocoa combines the full-bodied, strong flavour of 80% cocoa and with the bitter, crunchy touch of roasted cocoa bean granules.

The cocoa used is Fairtrade certified and is produced by the members of Cooperativa Norandino in Peru, who are committed every day to cultivating and processing agricultural products in accordance with the principles of quality and purity of production, democratically promoting social and environmental sustainability in their communities. After roasting, the beans are skilfully processed by our partner, the ancient Swiss chocolatier Chocolat Stella.

The Alce Nero organic extra dark chocolate bar with cocoa beans 33% is made using organic cane sugar and does not contain soy lecithin.
