The cocoa used for Chocolate for the 70% dark chocolate with salt is Fairtrade certified and comes from Latin America.
The recipe of the Alce Nero 70% dark chocolate with sea salt contains single origin Peruvian cocoa which is enhanced by the slender shape of the bar, exalting the flavour of selected cocoa combined with a hint of sea salt.
The cocoa is cultivated by our farmers who are members of Cooperativa Norandino in Peru, who produces our cocoa and whole cane sugar of the Slow Food presidium of Tailin; both are organic and Fairtrade certified. After toasting, the beans are skilfully prepared by Chocolat Stella, an ancient Swiss maison du chocolat and our member.
The Alce Nero 70% dark chocolate bar with sea salt does not contain soy lecithin.
It is our commitment to keep all legal information up to date, but you may find differences from the packaging actually available.
