Alce Nero organic yellow tomato paste is produced using tomatoes grown in Italy. The tomatoes, harvested between July and September, are processed in a way that preserves their flavour, fragrance and nutritional properties. Once selected and washed, the tomatoes are steam skinned before being mashed, puréed and concentrated.

Alce Nero organic tomato paste is prepared without additives or added salt.
