Alce Nero tomato sauce with pulses is made using organic tomatoes grown in Italy and harvested when perfectly ripe, combined with chickpeas and lentils. Apple purée has been added for a pleasant flavour for infants.

Alce Nero tomato sauce with pulses is prepared at our factory certified for the production of food for infants. The tomatoes as washed, selected and steam peeled before being mashed, puréed and concentrated to make the purée to which these pulses are added, along with our apple purée.
