The Alce Nero tomato sauce with legumes is prepared using organic tomatoes grown in Italy, combined with chickpeas and lentils. Apple puree has been added for a more pleasant flavour for infants.

The Alce Nero tomato sauce with legumes is processed in our certified infant food production plant. The tomatoes are washed, picked and their skins removed by steaming; only then are they crushed, pureed and concentrated to obtain the puree to which we add the legumes and our apple puree.
