Tomatoes are harvested in July, August and September and are processed to preserve their flavours, fragrance and nutritional properties.

The Alce Nero organic tomato sauce is instantly ready for use and ideal for short pasta varieties, penne, fusilli or mezze maniche, as well as durum wheat semolina and emmer tagliatelle.
