Alce Nero organic tomato sauce with porcini mushrooms is made from organic tomatoes grown in Italy.

Tomatoes are harvested in July, August and September and are processed to preserve their flavours, fragrance and nutritional properties.

Alce Nero sauce with porcini mushrooms is ready for use and ideal for short pasta varieties, penne, fusilli or mezze maniche, as well as durum wheat semolina and emmer tagliatelle.
