The Alce Nero organic vegetarian bolognese sauce is made using natural Italian emmer seitan and Italian tomatoes.

Tomatoes are harvested in July, August and September and are processed to preserve their flavours, fragrance and nutritional properties. From the field to preparation processes, the organoleptic quality of tomatoes is continuously checked and verified to achieve the finest flavour.
