Alce Nero organic vegetarian bolognese sauce is made using natural Italian emmer seitan and Italian tomatoes.
Tomatoes are harvested in July, August and September when perfectly ripe and are processed to preserve their flavours, fragrance and nutritional properties. From the field to preparation processes, the organoleptic quality of tomatoes and vegetables is continuously checked and verified to achieve the finest flavour.
Alce Nero plant-based sauce is ready for use, ideal for vegetarian first courses which do not compromise on flavour and taste. It is also perfect served with organic emmer pasta or pulses.
