The Alce Nero organic legume and vegetable baby food puree is made using 100% organic and Italian ingredients.
The clean, simple recipe is specially developed so as not to alter the flavour of the vegetables, nourishing infants without the use of flavourings, starches, colourants and oil.
All baby food purees are processed in our certified infant food production plant.Vegetables are selected, washed, cut and frozen. Legumes are soaked before being added to the vegetables; All the ingredients are then blended (homogenised), to ensure that legume skins are as fine as possible. After packaging, the jars undergo a final heat treatment to guarantee stability over time. This baby food puree is gluten-free.
