Our tarallini tarallini are made from organic italian soft wheat and extra virgin olive oil.

The Alce Nero organic crispy tarallini with fennel seeds are made from organic soft wheat grown in Italy and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil produced by our Italian olive growers.

Our tarallino is made according to the traditional recipe and is the result of a special production process involving two cooking processes: first boiling in water and then baking in the oven; That's why they are so crispy and fragrant even without the use of yeast.
