Alce Nero organic eucalyptus honey is 100% italian.

This honey is amber coloured and has a characteristic caramel flavour. It is pleasant on the palate. After mechanical centrifugation extraction, the honey is cold decanted, filtered and then packaged. It is always processed at below 50°C.

Eucalyptus honey is ideal in combination with mature cheeses or herbal teas. It can also be used in herbal recipes.
