The Alce Nero organic semi-durum wheat gramigna is made from durum wheat semolina grown in Italy.
The rigorous production process and a dough that uses spring water from the Trentino Alps give the gramigna a rough surface, excellent hold during cooking and a slightly browned colour. The Alce Nero organic semi-durum wheat gramigna is a source of fibre and gramigna is particularly suitable for creating original vegetable-based or typical Mediterranean tradition dishes, also with meat.
