
The Alce Nero organic durum wheat lasagne is made using 100% Italian wheat and do not contain eggs.
They are characterised by a rougher and more porous texture, which allows the condiments to be asbsorbed better. These can be placed directly in the oven, without pre-cooking, for faster preparation, or blanched a few minutes before baking.
