The Alce Nero farrociock with dark chocolate are made with Fairtrade cocoa and spelt grown in Italy.

The organic spelt biscuits covered with a bar of Alce Nero dark chocolate are produced with Italian emmer wheat (spelt) and organic extra virgin olive oil. The cocoa used is obtained from cocoa beans from organic farming where the principles of quality, healthiness and sustainability are promoted.

Our farrociocks are Fairtrade certified and it's grown by small farmers operating according to fair trade standards. They are ideal for a delicious breakfast or a snack to take with you.
