Alce Nero organic fine tomato purée is made from tomatoes grown in Italy.

Tomatoes are harvested in July, August and September and are processed to preserve their flavours, fragrance and nutritional properties. Tomatoes are selected, washed and steam skinned before being mashed, puréed and concentrated.

Alce Nero organic purée is free from additives and added salt.
