Alce Nero organic khorasan wheat breadsticks are produced with organic khorasan wheat grown in Italy and extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted, produced by our Italian olive growers.

Our breadsticks are made with only 4 ingredients, through a particular production process that involves two cooking steps: first boiled in water and then baked in the oven; that's why they are so crispy and fragrant even without the use of yeast.
