Alce Nero organic balsamic vinegar of Modena P.G.I is made from organic grape must and wine vinegar. Musts are obtained from grapes sourced from selected vineyards. In the rating system defined by A.I.B. (Italian Balsamic Tasters), it obtained "Four Leaves" classification (the highest), with a gold label. It is characterised by its high density and thick, syrupy texture. It is ideal for the preparation of fruit, cheeses and marinades.
