The Alce Nero organic 100% strong arabica coffee blend is Fairtrade certified.
This blend is made using only Arabica coffee cultivated between 1250 and 1800 metres above sea level, in the shade of other fruit or wood plants, by our Prodecoop member farmers in Nicaragua and Cooperativa Norandino in Peru.
The freshly roasted coffee is packaged in a protective atmosphere. The package is equipped with an aroma protection valve that preserves the identity and strength of the original flavour. Sweet that may remind one of brown sugar, peaches in syrup or candied fruit. The Nicaraguan Arabica balances the palate with the sweetness and basicity of dried fruits, while the Peruvian Arabica finishes by giving the blend a roundness, good body (but not excessive) and leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
It is our commitment to keep all legal information up to date, but you may find differences from the packaging actually available.
