From 6 to 9 May 2019, Milan will host TUTTOFOOD, one of the most important international food & beverage exhibitions. Against this prestigious backdrop, we will present all our new products across the classic, fresh and frozen lines to B2B operators in attendance.
Key products will include the wholegrain durum wheat pasta and legumes and the date tomato purée; the brand-new breakfast cereals including wholegrain Khorasan wheat flakes and wholegrain oat granola with spelt and mixed blossom rhoney, in varieties with figs and poppy seeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds or dark chocolate and almonds; and wholegrain rice and oat soup. Added to which are the new Baby Line products: fruit purées in stand-up pouches and ready-made rice and mixed vegetables.
Great attention will also be paid to products in the fresh range, with three brand-new references: Summer Minestrone and Delicate Puréed Soup, prepared using only organic vegetable-based ingredients, perfect for the summer season because they are tasty even when eaten lukewarm, and the nutritious salad with “haymilk TSG” mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, created with a mix of 100% organic and 100% Italian green and red lettuce leaves and rocket, that comes complete with organic extra virgin olive oil produced by a partner of Alce Nero, 2 leaf “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP”, a fork and napkin.
In addition to the classic and fresh lines, we will also present products from the Alce Nero Frozen line, our latest range. We thus enter the frozen segment with a distinctive line that offers excellent value.
