Alce Nero Traditional soup is made using italian and organic ingredients.
We have carefully selected 16 different 100% Italian organic vegetables for the Alce Nero Traditional Soup, to create a decisively flavoured yet balanced recipe which enhances the flavour of the ingredients, free from added salt.
The Traditional Soup contains three different pulses (borlotti beans, lentils and peas), which add substance, while potatoes and tomatoes enhance the consistency of this product, making it creamier. Carrots, green beans, courgettes and cauliflower add their typical, pleasantly sweet flavour, while black cabbage, colourful chards and spinach add a touch of colour and character. Lastly, leeks, onions, celery and parsley add fragrance, freshness and aroma.
Ingredients are harvested, washed, prepared, blanched and individually frozen so as to preserve their qualities in the best possible way. The vegetables are then mixed together and packaged.
The packaging of Alce Nero Delicate Soup is 100% recyclable and can be disposed of with paper.
