Kefir with Alce Nero “Haymilk TSG” is prepared using only organic Italian “Haymilk TSG” from small farms in the Piedmont region.

The production of “Haymilk TSG” results from a desire to restore, as far as possible, the traditional cattle breeding model. This farming method ensures that animals mostly feed on fresh grass or hay, according to the season; the use of GMO substances and silage (fermented hay) is forbidden.

The clean, simple recipe, is free from thickeners, flavourings and preservatives, in accordance with traditional methods, with its acidic and subtly effervescent notes. Comes in plastic bottles you can always take with you.
