Alce Nero tomato sauce with aubergines is made using organic Italian aubergines and tomatoes.

Tomatoes are harvested in July, August and September when perfectly ripe and are processed to preserve their flavours, fragrance and nutritional properties. From the field to preparation processes, the organoleptic quality of tomatoes and aubergines is continuously checked and verified to achieve the finest flavour.
