Alce Nero organic puréed broccoli and cannellini bean soup is made using only organic vegetables.
Cannellini beans and broccoli are the main ingredients of this fresh Alce Nero Soup and add a creamy consistency to the recipe, along with a decisive yet well balanced flavour, thanks also to the presence of other vegetables with a sweet flavour. Celeriac has been selected for its aromatic flavour. The vegetables used make the Puréed broccoli and cannellini bean soup bright green in colour. Only Alce Nero extra virgin olive oil is used to prepare our fresh soups, made from Italian olives from our 160 olive farmers who are member growers.
Alce Nero fresh soups are prepared so as not to alter the organoleptic properties of the ingredients used. A system similar to the one used at home is applied on an industrial scale: Alce Nero fresh soups are prepared in large "pots", ensuring all ingredients are cooked for just the right amount of time. When the soups are ready, the bowls are immediately filled when still hot and then sealed. The packaged product is immediately and rapidly chilled to preserve its organoleptic properties and improve conservation. Shortly after packaging, all products are transported in refrigerated vehicles to distribution platforms or directly to points of sale. Once packaged, the cold chain is never broken, since the soups are produced fresh and require fridge temperatures for their correct conservation.
Alce Nero puréed broccoli and cannellini bean soup is ideal served hot, but it is also delicious served warm. Each package contains two portions. All packaging used is made from recyclable materials, by Italian companies.
