Alce Nero purée soup with chickpeas is made exclusively from organic vegetables.

Single ingredients are cooked for just the right amount of time to preserve the authentic flavour of the vegetables. The recipe includes peas and fennel, for a delicate flavour that is perfect for the summer. Only extra virgin olive oil is used to prepare our fresh soups, obtained from Italian olives from our 160 olive farmers who are member growers.

Alce Nero purée soup with chickpeas is made using only Italian chickpeas. Each package contains 1 portion. All packaging used is made from recyclable materials, by Italian companies.
