Alce Nero legume and vegetable baby food purée is made using 100% organic and Italian ingredients.
The clean, simple recipe specially developed so as not to alter the flavour of the vegetables nourishing infants without the use of flavourings, starches, colourants and preservatives. All baby food purées are prepared at our factory certified for the production of food for infants. Vegetables are selected, washed, cut and frozen. Pulses are soaked before being added to the vegetables.
All the ingredients are then blended (homogenised), to ensure legume skins are as fine as possible. After packaging, the jars undergo a final heat treatment to guarantee stability over time. This baby food purée is gluten free.
