Alce Nero Traditional soup is made using italian and organic ingredients.

Alce Nero Traditional soup is made using 13 different vegetables, emmer from our farmers and oats, all 100% Italian and organic ingredients, in order to obtain a nourishing and well balanced product and exalt the flavour of ingredients, without any added salt.

Borlotti beans, cannellini beans, chickpeas and lentils make this Traditional Soup nourishing and rich in flavour, whereas potatoes, tomato, oats and emmer guarantee a typical creamy consistency. Carrots, courgettes and pumpkin contribute with their typical, pleasantly sweet flavour, while leeks, onions and celery add perfume and aroma to the soup.

Ingredients are harvested, washed, prepared, blanched and individually frozen so as to preserve their qualities in the best possible way. The vegetables are then mixed together and packaged.

The packaging of Alce Nero Delicate Soup is 100% recyclable and can be disposed of with paper.
