This product is made using 100% Italian, organic broccoli, cultivated in areas of Italy which are most suited.

Broccoli florettes are harvested, washed, rapidly blanched, frozen and then packaged in as little time as possible to preserve the freshness of the original product as much as possible.

Alce Nero broccoli is compact and bright green in colour, extremely soft and delicious in taste, naturally rich in fibre and vitamin K. It is ideal as an ingredient for delicious purée soups, first courses and puff pastry fillings, or as a simple and delicious garnish.
