Alce Nero organic Demerara cane sugar comes from renowned sugar cultivation lands in Paraguay and is Fairtrade certified.

Sugar cane is cultivated in accordance with organic farming specifications, without any synthetic chemical treatment and with the exclusive use of organic fertilisers.

 

Amber coloured, it distinguishes itself due to its delicate caramelised flavour and coarse grain. It is ideal for sweetening teas, coffees and other drinks.
