
Alce Nero turnip greens are 100% Italian and organic.
They are grown in Puglia, a region that is particularly suited to their production. Our turnip greens are tasty, tender and very versatile in the kitchen, perfect as an ingredient in delicious soups, pasta dishes, omelettes and quiches, or even as a simply yet tasty side dish.
Once harvested, the turnip greens are processed in the space of a few hours, carefully selected before being washed and lightly cooked and then frozen and packaged.
Alce Nero turnip greens packaging is 100% recyclable and can be disposed of with paper waste.
