The raw ingredients making up this dish are carefully selected and controlled during cultivation, harvesting and production. The borlotti beans are delicately cooked and processed with the potatoes to form a creamy purée. This purée is then frozen in the form of small spheres, before being added to the spelt and kale. The dish is then frozen and packaged in bags that are 100% paper recyclable.
