Alce Nero spelt and kale in borlotti bean cream is prepared according to an innovative recipe that combines the creaminess of legumes and potatoes with diced vegetables and cereals.

The ingredients used are 100% Italian and organic, grown in the most suitable areas of the country. The ready-to-cook dish sees spelt and kale added to a smooth borlotti bean and potato cream, for a unique consistency. This blend of different ingredients is designed to be enjoyed as a main dish, without any sides.

Ready in just a few minutes, spelt and kale in borlotti bean cream is great to eat just as it is or, depending on preference, with just a dash of raw extra virgin olive oil. The raw ingredients making up this dish are carefully selected and controlled during cultivation, harvesting and production. The borlotti beans are delicately cooked and processed with the potatoes to form a creamy purée. This purée is then frozen in the form of small spheres, before being added to the spelt and kale. The dish is then frozen and packaged in bags that are 100% paper recyclable.
