Alce Nero potato purée is prepared using potatoes that are 100% Italian and organic, grown in the most suitable areas of Italy, where the climate and soil is ideal for the ripening of the product. Our potato purée is very versatile in the kitchen and perfect when combined with milk, butter and Parmesan to make a tasty mash, or as the base for other appetising dishes.

Once harvested, the potatoes go through different stages, first washed and then boiled so as to create a fluffy purée. The potato purée is then frozen and packaged in bags that are 100% paper recyclable.
