Frozen organic potato gnocchi

Alce Nero potato gnocchi are prepared using potatoes that are 100% Italian and organic, and Italian type "0” organic flour. The potatoes we use to prepare our gnocchi are grown in the most suitable areas of Italy, where the climate and soil is ideal for the ripening of the product. Once harvested, the potatoes go through different stages, first washed and then boiled so as to create a soft purée.

The purée is then amalgamated with the flour and salt to form a dense, uniform mixture from which our delicious gnocchi are formed. The final phase sees the product being frozen and packaged in bags that are 100% paper recyclable. The potato gnocchi are just soft enough and have a delicate flavour. This traditional Italian dish is simple, genuine and perfect with different condiments.
