Alce Nero aubergine casserole pancakes are made with a few, simple ingredients, 100% Italian and organic.

Alce Nero aubergine casserole pancakes are made with a few, simple ingredients, 100% Italian and organic, without the use of starch. The pancakes are prepared using type 0 flour from the Alce Nero supply chain.

For the filling, we use the pulp and paste of tomatoes from our farmers, and cold extracted extra virgin olive oil produced using olives grown by our 160 Italian olive growers. The only cheese used is mozzarella, prepared with Italian milk, with no additional spun curd cheeses. Once sealed, Alce Nero pancakes are not pre-fried but directly frozen and packaged, to ensure a product that is both tasty and healthy.
