Delicate organic frozen soup - ZVSLE450

We have carefully selected 15 different 100% organic Italian organic vegetables for the Alce Nero Delicate Soup, without the use of potatoes and beans, to create a delicate yet delicious recipe which enhances the flavour ingredients, free from added salt.

Carrots, French beans, courgettes, cauliflower and pumpkin enrich the Delicate Soup with a pleasantly sweet flavour, balanced by a hint of acidity from tomatoes and the subtle bitter flavours of escarole, savoy cabbage and chards, which also add consistency to the soup, thanks to their crunchiness. Lastly, fennel, leeks, onion, celery, parsley and basil add fragrance, freshness and aroma.

Ingredients are harvested, washed, prepared, blanched and individually frozen so as to preserve their qualities in the best possible way. The vegetables are then mixed together and packaged.

The packaging of Alce Nero Delicate Soup is 100% recyclable and can be disposed of with paper.
