The new Alce Nero organic puréed soups are 100% plant-based and low in fat. Ready to use, they can be heated in minutes but are also tasty when cold. They blend vegetables, cereals and pulses and are enriched with nothing more than extra virgin olive oil. With a creamy consistency, they are ideal on their own or as a dressing for pasta or rice.

Available in three flavours: Cauliflower and parsnip with cannellini beans. Borlotti bean and cauliflower with oats. Broccoli and courgette with kale and quinoa.
